Okay its my first blog on wordpress so all you die hard wordpressed fans turn the heat on me because of

content or eticate then please? remember it is 4.45 in the morning and i have just ran out of coffee and to my dismay i have found out a person i was looking to join into a venture business,

but the mentor or “guru”. Is absolutley nothing but a absolute conman who recently been in the press here in the u.k for praying on the weak and vunerable for some time.

so what does that mean for the business he is involved with.

the online business is known as myinternet business which is surprise!?!surprise is a popular business yet with all that is going on in the world. seems to promise or make compremises that everyone can make a additional 10k a month and maybe more if they buy into what’,seems to be a expensive business. like most ventures or so-called-systems.

so why am i taking time at the early hours in the morning to do my upright british duty to naming this conman. Well the video you see is a man called shurn bernard smith, he spend alot of time on your tube(from present count he has over 23 videos on you tube and growing)

He is in the u.k and is a member of the former “myinternetbusiness.com”. a business that have a plan to its members and makes profit form selling digitial downloads and e-books on systems and other ways to make money online. My internet business was the brainchild business to passport to weath and created by darren gouldy, however he left company back in 2006 for some unknown reason

however i dont make it my business to name and shame conmen online but due to the research and time i did on discovering the infomation on the sinister dealings of mr smith, i found a few things form people he has conned so far:

one person i have manged to gain access to on you tube told me he has manged to now con over 10,000 people everyday who are umemployed, middle class or possibily disabled or whom the majority are vunerable and old, another business fact the internet business he managed to dupe so many “gullibile” people in a short space of time.

Their cynical plan caught more than 100,000 victims. So we are delighted to report that they are going to jail.
With their pal Ralph Blore, they set up companies which promised a good wage from work you could do at home.
Those who replied to their ads, often the elderly and disabled, were told to pay a fee and buy materials to make a range of products.But the “work” was no more than worthless tasks and victims’ efforts were rejected without pay.
Police found work dumped in a skip behind the firm’s offices, in Wheaton Aston, Staffs. They also found a notebook headed: “Scam of the Year.”

Smith and Bradley simply banked the cash and lived the high life. These are some of their firms, and their lies:
SBS Designs Ltd, named after Shaun Bernard Smith, took a #60 registration fee promising weekly earnings of up to #300 by addressing envelopes or making mobile phone cases.
Westbourne Products Ltd charged #55-#60 to get work painting or sewing, with earnings of up to #290 a week.
Park-A-Car: Took deposits of #65 from workers sent parts to make a car immobiliser, with weekly earnings of #350.
The Craft Factory took #40 from “staff” who were sent wooden pegs, pots of glue and varnish, with instructions to make small ornaments.
In January 1997 we told how Stephen Lougheed, of Coventry, gave up his job as a bus driver to look after his elderly mother and joined the Park-A-Car scheme.
But, like many others, his hard work was rejected. “We were taken for a ride – I wasted nearly #200,” he told us. When we tackled Smith he said he had “morals like anyone else”.
More than four years later a jury at Stafford Crown Court has disagreed. After a nine-week trial they found Smith, 36, and Bradley, 35, guilty of five fraud charges and former soldier Blore, 44, guilty of two.
Three others – Dwayne Dawson, Janine Blore and Bradley’s sister Sarah Tunnicliffe – were cleared of similar charges. The case came to court after a massive probe led by Det Sgt Terry Smith and Det Con Dave Cutler of Staffordshire CID.
On hearing the verdicts DC Cutler told us: “These men didn’t give a monkey’s about anyone except themselves.
“I’m delighted the jury saw straight through them.
“You brought it to light and we took it up. It was no more than an organised criminal conspiracy to defraud people of their money.”
Now investigators are trying to trace the millions – bank accounts have been frozen and, so far, #960,000 has been traced.
The way these liars swaggered into court was no surprise to us. Even while on bail awaiting trial Smith and Bradley were still trying to rip-off the public. In July we found them running a holiday con in Wolverhampton.
So we were pleased to hear Recorder Alan Pardoe QC warn them they face “substantial” prison sentences.
All three men have been bailed, their passports confiscated, to return to Stafford for sentencing next month.
They are a menace and won’t stop until they are behind bars – that’s why we’ll be in court to see them being sent down.

SORTED was the first to expose a home-working fraud that preyed on the jobless and netted £6.5million.
Our efforts paid off in November when the men behind SBS Designs of Staffs were jailed.
Shaun Smith, 36, and Craig Bradley, 35, went down for five years.
Only last week Smith called us from prison to claim he was jailed because of police incompetence. That’s bull. He’s banged up because after a nine- week trial the jury deemed he was lying scum. Let’s hope he choked on his turkey.

Debts boss needs a kick in the arrears

THE likes of Janet Jobe are a cancer gnawing at the heart of British business.
She is one of those “bosses” who knows their company law.
She knows she can run a company, build up huge debts and then walk away.

She knows she can then set up a new firm and continue trading unhindered.
She’s even arrogant enough to use virtually the same business name.
This not only infuriates genuine business people, it also leaves them with bad debts which have terrible consequences.
Take the story of Betty Sadler’s family, who came to us in disgust at the system that allowed Janet Jobe to lumber their small electronics firm with a #7,000 debt which ultimately shut them down.
Betty, who ran the books for the firm, managed by her grandson, said “We did work for her company but she didn’t pay. For weeks and weeks we were fobbed off and when the cheque did arrive, it bounced – twice.
“She put my grandson out of business. He has children and a mortgage. The stress made him ill but she’s been able to carry on and set up another company.”
Jobe, full name Janet Alison Short-Jobe, 46, ran two firms under the name ISIS which sold security devices from offices in Slough and Wokingham in Berkshire.
Things came to a head in May 2001, after she’d rented a fleet of flash cars and the company hadn’t paid the #16,000 bill.
The rental firm took her ISIS Integrated Systems Ltd outfit to Manchester High Court, where it was forced it into liquidation. It was then that the Official Receivers discovered that ISIS owed #126,000 and had no assets.
Five months later Jobe’s second company, ISIS Group of Companies Ltd, was also shut down. It hadn’t paid a #4,000 fuel bill. Investigators revealed it had debts of #230,000.
Just two weeks after the collapse of the first ISIS firm, Jobe began trading with yet another outfit which also used the ISIS name – it still trades today but was forced to change its name to ESI, Electronics Security Integration Ltd, after the authorities stepped in.
The Official Receiver could have applied to have Jobe banned from running more companies but we hear there was “insufficient evidence”. So she’s got off scot-free?
Well, not quite. She’s just been branded an “unsatisfactory witness, who has little credibility”.
These were the words of Russell Hardwick, chairman of an employment tribunal in Reading. One of Jobe’s ex-employees, Neil Primrose, was owed a fortune in unpaid wages, commission and expenses.
Jobe, who represented herself, said: “I accept that the management wasn’t as it should have been and that wages were owed to Neil. However, I don’t think that the company treated him badly.”
The tribunal chairman ordered her to pay Mr Primrose #40,000, adding that she had “hidden behind a myriad of companies” and that her testimony “carried little or no weight”. Neil Primrose said: “Ms Short-Jobe owes numerous people money. It is usually the smaller people who suffer rather than the corporations. She’s has abused and manipulated the system.”
Trade secretary, Patricia Hewitt, is working on plans to toughen up company laws. Let us hope she gets it right and cuts out blights such as Jobe.
Last night we tried to contact Jobe at her waterside flat in Plymouth, Devon, but the phone has been cut off because she owes several hundred pounds to BT… Surprise, surprise.

CAUGHT IN THE WEB
WITH a bit of luck, one long-running internet scam has finally been knocked on the head.
It featured a caller telling you your website address was about to expire and could be registered by a rival. Nominet UK, the national register of domain names, has been flooded with calls about the sales tactics of a company called Domain Registrar Services Ltd.
Late last year it won a temporary High Court injunction preventing Domain Registrar Services passing off itself as Nominet. The injunction also applies personally to its sole director, Scott Denny, of Whitland, Carmarthenshire, and a second firm called UK Names Ltd which, illegally, currently has no company director.

NOT A LOT OF FUND
IF you’ve been awarded a grant from a #100million government fund, it’s unlikely they’ll inform you about it on a postcard.
So if you are one of the thousands who’ve been told you’re “on the list” for a “government payout”, don’t be fooled.
This nasty scam, which asks for a tenner in processing fees, surfaced last March.
We investigated and got as far as foul-mouthed lawyer Paul Davis, who ran the PO box where you were asked to send the cash.
He said he was acting for a third party but refused to say who and claimed to know nothing about the supposed funds.
If you want to hack these shysters off, reply “accidentally” forgetting to send the #10, costing them money.

DON’T BANK ON IT
THIS scam is more sophisticated than many. It begins with an email that purports to come from Barclays Bank, suggesting you are related to a a wealthy investor who recently died.
It uses the address barclays private.com - which has nothing to do with Barclays Bank. The crooks even use the names of genuine Barclays staff.
If you respond, the legacy “of considerable value” suddenly becomes difficult to obtain, unless you start paying to oil the wheels.
Furious Barclays investigators are on the case. Meanwhile, if the bank is going to contact you out of the blue, it is more likely to be on paper with its letterhead than with an email.

THE LOAN RANGERS
GOOD news for 12,000 customers of a finance firm which was being tight on a deal.
HFS Loans Ltd had flogged credit with the tempting offer of all interest charges being refunded after the five-year loan period.
The catch came in the form of a strict set of registration rules meaning many who signed up would not be able to cash in.
Now, after the Office of Fair Trading moved in, HFS has had a change of heart.
The Cheshire firm, which turned over #6.5million last year but still made a loss of #150,000, has agreed to change the rules.
OFT boss John Vickers says customers shouldn’t face “unfair formalities”.

LASER LOSER
FOR the second week in a row laser eye correction firm Ultralase Ltd comes into our sights.
Last week we told how the OFT had got the firm to change its cheeky contracts, which gave the company the option to change the venue and date of treatment with no recompense or option for the customer to cancel.
Now the Advertising Standards Authority has ruled against Ultralase on two counts over claims in a brochure about the equipment it uses.
